We are taking a respite from our interviewing and traveling for a short stay with my parents in Arizona. Arizona, not exactly what one would expect weatherwise, pouring rain and a bit chilly. However it's better then 20 below. Strange weather seems to be a theme in our travels so far a topic which we will come back to in other posts recounting the last few days.
My parent's place is located east of Phoenix in Gold Canyon near Apache Junction. The picture was taken right outside their place. We seem to have missed the 80 degree weather each step of our journey.
